SERIES 3000AV BULK BAG FILLING STATION

FEATURES:

The Series 3000AV bag filling station uses a load cell platform scale, semi-suspension filling, vibration platform and a built-in sampler to provide a highly accurate, fully integrated bag filling system suitable for low density products with samples of each bagged product provided for customer verification.

Accuracy: + or - 0.1% of true weight.

Capacity: Up to 2000 kg with 150% overload protection.

Ingress protection (electronics): IP65 to AS 1939.

Power supply: 110/220/240 Vac, 50 Hz.

Measurements: Bag weight; Bag Filling Rate.

Outputs: 4 to 20 mA; 0 - 5 Vdc; Slow Feed Relay; Bag Full Relay; Alarm Relay; RS232C, RS422 or RS485.

Statistics: User-defined.
